The Small Contractor: Small Contractors Building the Nation

El Moqawel El Soghayar is a youth empowerment initiative helping young Egyptians win real government-backed construction and service projects.

Through partnerships with Banque Misr and the National Bank of Egypt, participants receive non-cash funding — with material packages valued up to EGP 250,000.
This allows them to start working on infrastructure, renovation, and municipal contracts without needing startup capital — creating jobs and developing local communities.
